Upcoming Classes & Seminars

Below is a list of upcoming classes and seminars that are open to various employees of the Medical Center. Employees can register for many of these classes through Net Learning by following these instructions:

   1) Click on the "Safety Training" Web site link

   2) Type in your employee number

   3) Click "Login"

   4) Click "Enroll in Class" and change the "Through" dates at the top of the page in order to review all dates and enroll in the class you wish to attend

Healthy Bites Luncheon 

Staying healthy is not easy. The Healthy Bites program is designed to help individuals obtain healthy habits to last a lifetime. Various health professionals lead the monthy 30-minute educational programs that cover health-related topics for achieving and maintaining a healthier lifestyle.

This month's program is "National Nutrition Month - Nutrition From the Ground Up." Speaker will be Janet Anders, RD, LD, registered dietitian at Saint Francis Medical Center.

Location: Saint Francis Health and Wellness Center

Cost: $6.75, free if you bring your own lunch
