Fitness Plus Turns Five 

Fitness Plus will celebrate its five year anniversary during the month of September. Since opening in the fall of 2004, Fitness Plus has earned an impressive collection of awards. In July, Fitness Plus became the first medically integrated fitness facility in Missouri and only one of seven such facilities nationwide certified by the Medical Fitness Association, the country's leading organization dedicated solely to medically integrated fitness facilities.

Fitness Plus will celebrate its five year anniversary with members on Friday, September 25 from 6:30-9 pm at its annual Member Party. The celebration will take place in the Health and Wellness Center parking lot with barbeque and music.

Also in recognition of its five year anniversary, Fitness Plus will host an Open House on Saturday, September 26 from 10 am-6 pm. New members who join at the Open House will receive a free iPod, while supplies last.
