Dianne Lawrence, AFAA

"It is not a diet but a lifestyle. Diet implies short term, quick fix. While that may help you jump start your goals, adopting a healthier overall lifestyle with realistic goals can make you not only look better and feel better, but could help you live a longer, more active life and let you do the things you want to do."

Specialties

Background
Dianne earned her Bachelor of Science from Southeast Missouri State University, Cape Girardeau, Mo. She was a group fitness instructor for nine years, participates in Sports Enhancement and Frappier Acceleration® programs, and has a purple belt in Hapkido. Dianne has a teaching background in a wide variety of fitness classes. After years of obsessing over the numbers on her
scale, Dianne realized that what looks good may not be healthy or fit. Educating herself on a healthy lifestyle turned into a desire to educate others with her friendly demeanor, but a self-proclaimed drill sergeant underneath. In her spare time, Dianne enjoys camping and hiking.
