Reebok University reinvents traditional strength training in a group exercise setting. A great, pre-choregraphed group workout with barbells, dumbbells, and the Reebok deck or core board. Typically, the music and choreography change every six weeks, but for the summer, we are going to shock your body with Rep Reebok Madness! Routines will change every two weeks! Define yourself!
