Kramer joined the Healthcare System in May 2024. She has an impressive background in healthcare leadership, with 22 years of experience empowering teams and driving excellence in patient care. Previously, Kramer was the Executive Director of Surgical Services at Saint Francis – Emory Healthcare in Columbus, Georgia. She was accountable for strategic planning, growth and execution, regulatory compliance, financial key indicators, and process improvement.
She has been published with Western Schools, focusing on ambulatory surgery and sedation practices for nurses. Western Schools is nationally accredited and recognized as a leader in continuing education for healthcare professionals, offering expert-authored and peer-reviewed courses.
Kramer earned a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Management from Saint Leo University in Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix.
Her community involvement includes serving on the Journal of Peri Anesthesia Nursing as a manuscript peer reviewer.
