Plant-Based Holiday Cooking Demo with Chef AJ

Holiday eating does not have to be unhealthy! Join us for a plant-based, beginner-friendly holiday cooking demonstration led by Chef AJ, culinary instructor and professional speaker who has been devoted to a plant-exclusive diet for years. Chef AJ will virtually explain the health benefits of various nutrient-dense, plant-based whole foods and demonstrate how to prepare them with locally available ingredients – samples included! Recipes will be provided so that you can recreate the dishes at home during the holidays and begin incorporating more plants into your daily diet.
