Ashley Robinson, MS, ACSM-EP

Ashley earned her Master of Science degree in Kinesiology with a specialization in Exercise Physiology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. She has since become a Certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine. Ashley advocates for accessible inclusive recreation, and works with special populations including post-cardiac rehab patients, cancer survivors (those currently going through treatment or post-treatment) as well as individuals with neurological conditions like TBI. Ashley’s ambition lies in helping individuals reach their goals, whether that be weight loss or improved mobility and overall health.
