We were pleased with the attention we got by FNP AND NURSE at Urgent Care. We didn’t wait long and we felt like the FNP was knowledgeable. I was disappointed that we had to put down an $80 co-pay when we never have before and I had just received an EOB from insurance and they had pAid the entire bill with NO co-pay on last visit! We are part of a “shared ministry” Christian insurance group. I pray that it is not government or hospital targeting Christian’s groups.
