Menz Accepts Role as Manager of Clinical Nutrition Services with Saint Francis

Saint Francis Healthcare System is pleased to announce Ann E. Menz, RD, LD, has accepted a position as Manager of Clinical Nutrition Services at Saint Francis Medical Center.

Menz received her Bachelor of Science in General Dietetics from Southeast Missouri State University in 1992 followed by a dietetic internship at Saint Louis University. She has over 20 years of experience in dietetics.

Menz will be responsible for outlining the standards and policies for clinical dietitians as outlined by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and assuring adherence to those standards. She is a registered and licensed dietitian with a number of certifications in food safety, along with being an active member of American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition and Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
