Alicia M. Henao Uribe, MD

This review is based specifically on the provider; not the facility, nor the staff. Dr. Henao is the second oncologist I have seen since my Leukemia journey began. I was seeing a fellow doctor, located in their practice, at Cape Girardeau, Mo. As I live about one and a half hours away from Cape, I was pleased to find out that Dr. Henao traveled to my city, to see local patients. Their medical practice allowed me to switch oncologists, and I became Dr. Henao’s patient. She is pleasant to work with, and thorough in her medical care for me. She is knowledgeable, and demonstrates that in her ability to cover all areas of my many diagnoses, how they relate to my Leukemia, and most importantly, my chemotherapy medication. My decision to change oncologist, based on a convenience reason, has turned out to be the right decision for me in all aspects needed for a competent cancer specialist.
