Great doctor! Asks questions, really listens and addressed a problem with my pharmacy quickly. It required a change in my medication and he did it flawlessly. Great staff and appointments are always on time. I'm am transferring all my care providers to STFMC.

Dr. Toby is the best, nicest, and understanding doctor I have ever been to. I have been to a lot of doctors and the come in sit on there little black stool and don’t even look at you or talk to YOU. Dr. Toby not only talks to ME but wants to know about me. I would recommend him to everyone.
